British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a New Product Introduction Specialist in Warsaw
We are looking for a motivated team player for the New Product Introduction department to support the system readiness and operational delivery within the New Product Introduction (NPI) function. In this role, you will have the chance to work cross-functionally with various departments across the organization as Specification Management, Product and Packaging Developers, Factory, Finance to meet objectives and ensure delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Engaging with internal & external stakeholders to enable smooth code creation up to completion process.
- Providing support to and consult with functional expert teams on explicit requests.
- Monitoring the code creation progress until completion to ensure no impact on the business.
- Providing the visibility of system readiness status in timely manner to NPI Managers to drive OTIF delivery.
- Continuing to improve SKU CoE process, reports and trackers for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the testing of SAP business releases with regards to Process or Data Changes.
- Evaluating and provide feedback through impact assessments of intended changes.
- Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with Commercial business partners and the NPI Community including Specification Management Team, Product and Packaging Development, Factory, Finance.
