As a News Reporter, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and informative content tailored to our audience which will help us entertain and inform them.
We’re looking for fresh ideas and new perspectives from people from a wide range of backgrounds, and we want you to tell us the stories you believe are important from our many communities so we can continue to diversify our content.

THIS ROLE IS HOME AND HUB BASED LINKED TO OUR CANARY WHARF HUB. WE ARE THEREFORE OPEN TO CANDIDATES BASED IN AND AROUND THE LONDON AREA.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE?

You will write and develop stories, whilst showing an understanding of the brand’s key content. You will deliver a fast turnaround on major news stories across the UK and around the world and bring in exclusive stories that set us apart from our rivals. All while ensuring that every piece of content is researched and published in accordance with the Editor’s Code of practice. You will be confident using your contacts to pull in exclusive interviews and news stories, whilst collaborating with the newsroom and other departments.
Ability to work well and quickly under pressure is a must, with excellent multitasking skills and diary management.
