We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Assistant to join our Marketing & Product team. This role is located in London - HYBRID/REMOTE.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Administrative Support : Perform advanced, confidential administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and maintaining calendars. Anticipate and troubleshoot complex issues.
Event Coordination : Manage logistics for seminars, workshops, and conferences. Produce sensitive materials, liaise with participants, and lead administrative projects.
Research and Communication : Conduct research, compile analyses, and summarize information for reports. Liaise with senior management and external contacts to gather and confirm information.
Discretion and Management : Handle complex, sensitive situations with discretion. Manage expense activities, assist with budget development, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Executive Support Experience : Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to senior executives in a complex global business, preferably in financial services.
Office Management Skills : Demonstrated office management and executive assistant experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Professional Judgment : A confident self-starter with strong professional judgment, adaptable to changing needs.
Client Interaction : Capable of dealing directly with clients and service providers, handling confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
