We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled NexThink Flow Engineer to join an innovative and dynamic group of professionals at a company rated among the top “Best Places to Work” in Indianapolis since 2015.
This role requires candidates to be onsite in Indianapolis, IN 2-3 days per week.
NexThink Flow Engineer | About You
As a NexThink Flow Engineer, you are responsible for developing and maintaining low-code automation solutions using NexThink Flow, designing and managing seamless integrations with other platforms, and implementing chatbot solutions that enhance user experience. This role requires strong expertise in API design, development, and integration, along with experience in IT service desk operations and ITIL practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business needs and actively participate in agile development processes.
NexThink Flow Engineer | Day-to-Day
- Develop and maintain low-code automation solutions using NexThink Flow, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Design, implement, and manage integrations between NexThink and other platforms to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver tailored solutions, and support ongoing improvements.
- Utilize ServiceNow for IT service management and workflow automation, streamlining processes and enhancing service delivery.
- Implement and manage chatbot solutions using NexThink and Kore.AI, improving user interaction and support capabilities.
- Participate in agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous progress and alignment with project goals.
NexThink Flow Engineer | Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining low-code automation solutions using NexThink Flow.
- Strong expertise in API design, development, and integration, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality across platforms.
- Proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow for IT service management and workflow automation, with hands-on experience in platform integrations.
- Hands-on experience with implementing chatbot solutions using NexThink and Kore.AI, enhancing user interaction and support.
- Solid understanding of IT service desk operations and ITIL practices, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, with a preference for experience in PowerShell or other scripting languages, and familiarity with Intune.
