PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR

Responsibilities:
ROLE OUTLINE
The role of the Performance team within Wavemaker is to deliver the highest excellence in Implementation Planning and Buying, spanning Social, Search, Programmatic and E-Comm, powered by data, technology, and automation, ensuring client campaigns are executed and amplified in an effective, efficient, and future facing way.
The role of Director within the Performance team is to lead, with overall responsibility for the direction, workflow and quality of Implementation Planning and Buying for the client team.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience leading a team
- Passion for Search, Social, Programmatic, E-Comm, Data and Tech, with extensive agency experience
- Strong, up to date, media landscape knowledge (confidently able to articulate macroeconomic and consumer trends and forecast challenges/opportunities for clients).
- Highly skilled communicator, with excellent presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the patience to examine detail and create solutions.
- Collaborative and astute - able to build trust and respect within a network.
- First class negotiation skills
- Results Driven. Passionate about delivering business results for clients, with the ability to identify and clearly articulate what’s working and why.
