Description:
Provide input to daily handover meetings. Provide input to weekly MDT meetings. Conduct medical reviews for patients under the service. Provide supervision for Specialty Doctor and other junior colleagues in the service.
Provide Clinical leadership to the team. Care plan and treatment formulation, guidance on evidence-based treatment and effectiveness. Liaison and collaborative working with other services/agencies. Mental Health Act implementation.
Participate in initiatives to develop and improve the service
