ABOUT KOA HEALTH

Koa Health is a fast-growing company focused on delivering innovative digital mental health solutions to healthcare providers. Having licensed four evidence-based digital enabler for therapy (DET) products from Oxford University in December 2023, we are now working with NHS services to address critical mental health needs. Our goal is to leverage the most evidenced digital technology to help enhance patient care, open access to child and adolescent mental health services as well as NHS Talking Therapy services, and support clinicians.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven NHS sales track record.
  • In-depth understanding of NHS structures, procurement processes, and mental health service challenges.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing deals with NHS Trusts.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong organisational skills.
  • Passion for digital health and mental health innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategy: Create and implement a sales strategy to expand Koa Health’s presence within NHS services, targeting contracts with NHS Trusts, ICBs, and key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Manage key relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS decision-makers, acting as the main contact for NHS partners, ensuring smooth contract negotiations and execution.
  • Work closely with NHS stakeholders: Use your NHS knowledge to navigate procurement pathways, ensuring Koa Health’s solutions align with NHS needs and are included in priority procurement frameworks.
  • Lead business development activities: Identify new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and Oxford University to align with Koa Health’s goals and NHS requirements.
  • Monitor and report progress: Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline (via HubSpot), and market insights, including NHS priorities and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal teams (Commercial, Clinical, Product, Delivery, Operations, Legal, Marketing) to ensure smooth implementation and success of Koa Health’s solutions within NHS settings.
  • Ensure client success: Support NHS services in adopting Koa Health’s digital solutions and transition them to Koa’s Delivery Team.
