Responsibilities:
As Night Agent, you will:
· Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data.
· Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, Point of Service and the computer. Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
· Input into the front office system revenue/expenses/allowances to generate daily reports. Balance all revenue and settlement accounts, maintain files and reset the system for the next day’s operations.
· Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay. Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day.
· Provide concierge services for guests.
· Other duties as assigned
