Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the Front Office Night Supervisors the role of Nights Associate is responsible for:
- Supporting the daily operation in line with brand standards
- Processing check ins, check outs, guest requests and enquiries and room service orders
- Focusing on delivering exceptional standards of customer service
- Cash and Key security and control
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
- Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
- Audit statistical, financial and accounting reports and tables.
