Night Auditor

Are you a night owl who enjoys mixing numbers with customer service? Hotel Grand Pacific has a full-time position available for a Night Auditor. An independent luxury property located on Victoria’s beautiful inner harbour, we are proudly affiliated with Preferred Hotels & Resorts and have a reputation for providing excellent, personalized service.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous night audit experience who would like to transition to a larger property and expand their knowledge of hotel operations.
The chosen candidate will typically work from 11pm-7:30am.
$26.54/hr

· Primarily perform as Night Audit but will cover duties as Guest Services Agent when the business needs.
. Run the audit and cross-check daily revenue to ensure all is in order
· Operate the switchboard and take hotel reservations
· Ensure a friendly and efficient check in/out process for guests
· Help maintain the safety and security of the hotel, guests and staff
· Accurately record lost & found articles
· Ensure guest satisfaction by assisting with concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
· Other duties as assigned by the Night Manager and Senior Night Auditor.
