A day in the life of…
As Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests and staff during the night and as an ambassador to the hotel, you will use your expertise to always deliver a first-class service to all guests. You will ensure a minimum of 2 security checks are carried out on each shift, with emphasis on fire safety and overall security of the building as well as conducting the nightly audit to close the day’s business and liaise with the accounts team to ensure accuracy. You will also, set up conference areas for meetings, help prepare breakfast for 6am, daily and liaise with guests and residents in the hotel, dealing with any problems and resolving complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

Prior experience with Opera Cloud or similar systems as well as nights/hotel reception experience would be advantageous however, full training will be given.
