KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Night Support Worker, you will:

• Assist residents with personal care, including washing, hygiene, and dressing
• Promote residents’ independence, dignity, and choice by delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Keep accurate and timely care documentation
• Support residents in accessing external healthcare services, including third-party and NHS services
• Collaborate with a dynamic team and use your initiative to provide outstanding care
• Encourage positive lifestyle choices, helping residents live their best possible lives
