Joining a dynamic, vibrant and customer focused team you will provide and maintain a high standard of service while ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience. We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and motivated person with great customer service skills and food preparation experience to join the team as a Night Manager at Club Wyndham Wanaka.
Responsibilities:
- Overnight operations of the front desk
- Provide customer service for guest arrivals, departures and phone enquiries
- Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure
- Public area cleaning and after hour owner requests
- Follow procedures for cash and security on front desk
- Conducting daily hotel audit including balance of revenue and payments from all hotel outlets
- Reception duties including check-in, check-out.
- Maintaining hotel security and safet
