Position: Night Porter (Part Time)
Location: Osprey Hotel, Naas, Co. Kildare
Working Hours: 11pm to 7.30am
Osprey Hotel & Spa are looking for a Night Porter to join our wonderful team.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, helpful and empathetic to the core. If this is you, then this position is a perfect match. The Night Porter is a varied role which takes into account all the departments within the hotel including bar service.

Key Responsibilities:

• To great all guests in a warm and a friendly manner
• Check in guests on arrival.
• Function and meeting room set up
• To prepare and serve beverages
• Full knowledge of all items (food & drinks) on the menu
• Stocking up bar and preparing for service
• Ensuring the lobby and public areas are kept clean and presentable at all times
• Ensuring toilets are clean at all times
• Ensuring hotel exterior including car park are kept clean.
• Ensuring all reasonable guests’ requirements are met promptly and professionally
• Safely and professionally handling guest luggage
• Handling guest queries
• Preparing room service and delivering to guest room.
• To adhere to all Company policies including Customer Care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Cash Handling etc
• Effective communication with other employees to ensure the day to day business runs smoothly
