Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalised assistance during the night hours of duty.
- Setting the scene for their stay and ensure that guests’ needs are anticipated and any requests are actioned. Additionally, complete tasks accurate and within given deadlines.
- Ensure the hotel remains safe throughout the night, while providing support to the hotel team, carrying out additional Maintenance, F&B and HSK roles.
- Deal with complaints quickly and efficiently and find suitable solutions to any problem that may arise, communicating issues immediately to Management.
