We are looking for a passionate and guest focused Night Receptionist to join our incredible Reception team at Pan Pacific London. You show confidence, empathy and professionalism when dealing with guests and associates alike. You are calm under pressure and you desire to deliver the best experience for our guests. JOB SUMMARY

As a Night Receptionist in Reception, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as a Night Receptionist will include but not be limited to:

  • Check in the arriving guest and check out the departing guests according to our standards.
  • Upon check in, register the guest and assign rooms. Accommodate any special requests whenever possible.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and promote other services within the hotel.
