JOB SUMMARY

CDW have a permanent position available for a Night Shift Manager, responsible for the Day to day management of the full night shift function, focusing on Administration, accuracy and Leadership across the full team.

  • Very good working knowledge and experience of CDW NDC processes as a whole

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the running of the full night shift team in a cost effective and efficient manner and leading the team on a Day to Day basis.
  • Responsible for process management and ensuring the team adhere to all processes provided whilst being efficient and accurate.
  • Work closely with the Senior Supervisors to ensure all Warehouse and Configuration night shift duties are carried out effectively.
  • To continuously look at development opportunities within the team for succession planning in line with the company’s vision for the future
  • Ensure all Health and Safety measures are adhered to by all team members, and to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Maintaining internal and external service levels
  • Business management including KPI’s, waste reduction, target setting and overtime management
  • Leading, motivating and development a team including maintaining the company work ethics
  • Performance, appraisals, disciplinary, recruitment and absence management
