Montcalm Collection are looking for a skilled and ambitious Night Supervisor to join our team. Help to shape the Montcalm Collection’s next chapter and showcase your skills. Become a trusted ambassador for one of our hotels and take advantage of the opportunity to move between properties, achieving the service and product delivery standards for the department with a high degree of customer care and service.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent level of spoken and written English
• Excellent communication skills
• Supervisory Experience, preferably in Hotels
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Approachable, professional and an eye for detail
• Knowledge of Opera
• Previous experience in a 5* property preferable.

• Handle late/early guest check-ins.
• Conduct nightly security inspections.
• Master the Fire Evacuation procedure for implementation.
• Assist in training night team and maintain records.
• Attend necessary meetings and conduct monthly night meetings.
• Oversee public areas and cashiers’ desk, especially during check-out.
• Review the shift and conduct handovers and briefings.
• Maintain technical knowledge and skills.
• Manage night audit operation.
• Promptly respond to guest requests and queries.
• Update guest profiles with preferences and address feedback.
