NIGHTFILL ASSISTANT MANAGER

PAK’nSAVE BLENEHIM is looking for a people and customer focused leader with a great eye for detail and quality to manage our Nightfill team. If you think you have the skills and attributes for this position, we want to hear from you.
Sunday - Thursday 4.30pm-2am

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE, QUALITIES, AND SKILLS:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced retail, wholesale, or supermarket environment
• Highly organised, reliable, and accountable.
• Be able to ensure the consistency of stock presentation.
• Able to plan, organise, lead and control the nightfill operation of the grocery department ensuring company objectives are met.
• Knowledge of NZ health and safety standards and relevant training.
• LCQ Qualification and Liquor manager’s certificate or ability to get one.
• Knowledge of NZ employment related legislation.
• Well-developed time management skills.

• Oversee Training and Development and ensure robust Health & Safety programmes are adhered to by all staff members in the grocery nightfill team.
• Plan, organise, lead and control the nightfill operation of the grocery department ensuring company objectives are met.
