Description:

This position provides support & program management and is a primary contact for NiHUB & internal and external clients. Leveraging strong administrative management skills and analysis result in throughtful recommendations, this role is responsible for administrating requirements of our clients, through the assistance of development, management, execution, and monitoring of NiHUB program, contracts and certifications.
This role reports to de Administration Manager with extensive collaboration with the Expansion team, internal functions, cross functional and cross affiliate teams to ensure delivery of the business.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields Desirable
Experience: minimum 1 year of directly related professional level experience (finance, economics, business strategy, intercompany contracts, organizational effectiveness, Cross-functional and cross-regional experience is desired)
Other Knowledge: Financial and strategic analytical skills and research capabilities, Must be able to compile and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to influence efficient decision making.
Knowledge of MSA and SOW basis (master service agreements y scope of work)
Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power Point
Language: Advanced English
Fully bilingual, Spanish & English at fluent levels, able to articulate and interact with all levels of management including verbally read and write emails

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing, management, execution and monitoring of contracts with our clients to NiHUB
  • Assists with Intercompany Billing process
  • Tracks and resolves client’s needs and issues
  • Standardization, governance and review of data and NiHUB processes
  • Supports continuous improvement efforts by making recommendations for relevant NiHUB Processes, tools and methodologies and executing key process improvement activities
  • Works with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams on implementation of NiHUB opportunities
  • Supports Administrative activities, works closely with teammates to support departments and ensure alignment
  • As directed, performs other related duties of which the above are representative
