JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an NLP Specialist with experience in various NLP tools and frameworks and a strong background in working with chatbots and NLP algorithms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing NLP models and algorithms to enhance our platform’s capabilities.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in NLP and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant NLP libraries.
• Experience with open-source NLP tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Experience with chatbots and NLP algorithms.
• Experience with sentiment analysis and text mining.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Develop and implement NLP models and algorithms for various applications within our platform.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate NLP capabilities.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning.
• Design and conduct experiments to improve the accuracy and efficiency of NLP models.
• Perform sentiment analysis on customer interactions to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain documentation for NLP processes and models.
• Provide expertise and support for any NLP-related issues or queries.
