Description:
Responsibilities:
The NMS Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end support, development, and management of BAI Communications Network Management Systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and administer NMS environment which is used to monitor and control TV and radio services at sites located across Australia.
- Design, maintain, improve and support the growth of the NMS system from an IT perspective.
- Application support for DataMiner software.
- Provide proactive fault management and support including being part of an On-Call Roster.
- Liaise with hardware and software vendors on support issues, upgrades and purchasing; and
- Maintain and update system documentation to ensure it is current and relevant.
- Support the Broadcast Resilience Program initiatives.
