NOC Engineer for Roads and Infrastructure Projects (Wet & Dry Utilities)

JOB SUMMARY:

Orchid Engineering Consultants in Dubai, is Looking for an amazingly talented NOC Engineer for Roads and infrastructure projects (Wet & Dry Utilities) to join to our team Immediately. In this role he will be responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and processing non-objection certificates NOCs required for roads and its infrastructure and utility projects. This role involves liaising with various authorities, consultants, contractors, and utility providers to ensure smooth project approvals while adhering to regulatory standards. Also, in this role will get to Independently handle the NOC applications in the RTA Portal (Information& final NOC, Trial Trench, Construction NOC and revalidation NOCs and as-built handing over) and all necessary follow up with all authorities. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

1. Experience:

• Minimum (5 years) experience out of them at least min. (3 year) with RTA related to roads design and its infrastructure works (Wet& Dry Utilities) NOCs, infrastructure coordination, Roads permits and NOCs processing.
• Knowledge of Roads and Infrastructure Projects (wet & dry utility networks) and associated regulations.
• Approved RTA is preferred.

1. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and utility design software. - Familiarity with utility authority requirements and procedures.

1. Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills. -Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
