Responsibilities:
- Primary Contact for Technical Inquiries: You and your team will be the go-to people for customer technical issues. No need to worry about printer setups – your focus will be on complex problems, technologies, and enhancements for the client.
- Network Management for Large Clients: Manage clients’ networks from our office, your home office, and occasionally on-site for specialized support.
- Understanding Client Operations: Get to know the workings and needs of our clients, ensuring your daily operations support their business processes effectively.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate online and by phone, with scheduled meetings to maintain strong partnerships.
- Team Collaboration: Together with the Service Manager and Architect, you’ll ensure smooth operational support for clients. You’ll tackle incidents to minimize disruption and avoid future issues, maintain client or platform documentation, and identify continuous improvement opportunities to be implemented with the client and SpotIT colleagues.
- Off-Hours Work as Needed: When planned upgrades require it, occasional evening or weekend work won’t be an obstacle for you.
- On-Call Support Rotation: Join your expert colleagues in a rotating standby schedule to provide clients with top-notch care whenever they need it.
