POSITION SUMMARY
The primary role of a Sourcepass NOC Team is to ensure the customers success within Sourcepass. This success is driven by Sourcepass providing world class service, proactive maintenance and monitoring, backup & recovery, and securing infrastructure. The NOC team is key to providing these core support services. The salary for this position is $60,000.

Responsibilities:
- NOC Services
- Deployment Validation
- Endpoint software Upgrades
- Deployment Validation
- Resolving failed updates
- Installation of Missing feature updates: 1809, 1903, 1909
- Scheduling server rebooted as needed
- Deploy and configure backup agents and policies
- Troubleshoot backup agent alerts
- Recover files and full system restores
- DNS filtering Maintenance
- LogMeIn Maintenance
- Services True ups
- Ticket Management
- Project work as assigned
- Ticket Status, Types, Billable, Boards, SLA’s, etc.
- Complete tickets which you are assigned
- If time allows, review unassigned tickets to be worked on within skillset
- Submitted at the end of the week
- Antivirus Maintenance
- Windows Updates Maintenance
- Backup and Recovery
- Miscellaneous Services
- To be onboarded to Sourcepass’ ticket process and workflows
- Review tickets on NOC board
- Timesheets to be completed end of business for the current day
- Assistance with Sourcepass internal projects, Research and Development, Proof on Concepts, Etc.
