REQUIREMENTS

• Must:
• 3-4 years of experience in software development
• Strong NodeJs experience
• React 15 (Redux)
• AWS Basics with some knowledge of cloud deployments and troubleshooting
• Git
• OOP fundamentals
• Oracle DB 12c+
• Postgres
• Agile (scrum, kanban)Good English communication

• Work in an Agile development environment, be able to lead scrum meetings, and delivering incremental improvements to the project.
• Deliver independently complex tasks/features/research projects from scratch.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Node.js and ReactJS, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and other developers to understand project requirements and design the architecture of applications.
• Review code written by other team members, offer feedback, and ensure that code quality standards are met.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and understanding of Node.js development.
• Ensure that the Node.js application is secure by implementing best security practices and addressing potential vulnerabilities.
• Identify opportunities for code refactoring and optimization to enhance code maintainability and efficiency.
• Should possess strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively coordinate with team members, communicate project status to stakeholders, and provide technical guidance to the development team.
• Support in pair programming if needed.
