We are looking for someone to join our Noel Leeming Customer Specialist team and walk the talk of providing excellent customer service to our customers!
Job Description
As a Customer Care Specialist your key responsibilities will be:
- Managing customer enquiries with a strong resolution focus.
- Building rapport with customers by active listening and a mirroring communication style.
- Adapting from phone to email when required.
- Running efficient case management and follow-up within agreed timeframes.
- Keep up to date with processes, procedures and products to ensure accurate information is provided.
This is a fixed term opportunity from October 21st 2024 through to February 2nd 2025!
As a retailer we operate 7 days a week. This role will involve working 40 hours a week across 5 days, including weekend days
Our hours are between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Qualifications
To succeed and feel at home, the successful candidate will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – a clear, calm, well-spoken phone manner and ability to listen.
- With your naturally empathetic and resilient nature, you’ll be able to stay positive even when the pressure may be on.
- Computer literate with a strong eye for detail
- Up for the challenge of working to target and KPI’s
- adaptable and of course passionate about our customers!
