• Schedule: Part Time, Monday to Friday 8a.m. to 1p.m.
• Hospital: Studer Family Children’s Hospital @ Ascension Sacred Heart
• Location: Pensacola, FL
  This is a FULLY REMOTE position; however, must be located in or around the Western Panhandle of Florida (Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Escambia) to attended occasional In person meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Perform a variety of general clerical duties to support the assigned area(s) or program.

• Compose, type and transcribe correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
• Route written communications as appropriate.
• Communicate with others in person, telephone, and/or email.
• May receive and screen visitors and handle general inquiries.
• Assist with preparing for and facilitating meetings, conferences, programs and/or special events.
• Establish and maintain filing systems.
• Order and stock supplies.
• May enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s) and verify data entered into computer by checking printouts/reports for errors and correcting as required.
