Responsibilities:
- Approval and review of Skylight strategy
- Determining, reviewing, and maintaining the vision, mission and values of the organisation
- Review, analyse and assess financial accounts, reporting and financial material.
- Approval of Skylight annual budget and financial reports
- Oversight of risks
- Appointment and performance evaluation of the CEO, including supporting the CEO to achieve Skylight’s objectives and participating in the annual performance review process
- Ensuring legal and contractual compliance
- Supporting effective engagement with key stakeholders
- Any additional monitoring of the organisation in order to satisfy that Skylight Mental Health is being properly manage
