Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to achieve and maintain high standards of customer care and service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and professional standards within the pharmacy operations.
- Manage staffing, including scheduling, training, and development to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable team.
- Drive business growth through effective financial management, marketing strategies, and community engagement.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure availability of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products.
