Are you ready to drive Schneider Electric’s presence in the Nordic Baltics market within the Wind, Solar & Renewables segment? We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our efforts in thought leadership, market share development, and pursuit of major projects in this exciting and rapidly growing sector!
Mission: As the Nordic Segment Leader - Renewables, your mission will be to develop Schneider Electric’s market shares into the Wind, Solar & Renewables segment. You will play a crucial role in driving thought leadership, understanding our Ecostruxure Power value proposition, identifying key opportunities, and pursuing major projects within the zone.
Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic accounts and segments through deep customer relationships and value propositions
- Promote and sell Schneider Electric offers and solutions to Wind, Solar & Renewable segment customers
- Influence key targeted Wind & Solar developers in the Zone
- Define and implement the Regional NB strategy to grow Schneider MS% into Wind & Renewables
- Drive Schneider Products, Software, and Services sales growth to Wind & Renewable segment customers
- Propose investments for additional End-user Strategic Account Managers in the Zone
You will work closely with the PS Zone VP, PS Country Sales Directors, Power Systems Sales teams, Power & grid Segment team, and Partner Sales VPs in countries. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing the Nordic Baltic Wind & Renewable strategy, growing our market shares at targeted Wind & Solar developers, EPCs, OEMs, and associated panel builders. The successful candidate will be recognized as the face of Schneider Electric Nordic Baltic to our Wind, Solar & Renewables segment customers.
