Job Description:
SodaStream Nordics are now looking for a Customer Service colleague to join our Nordic team. We are searching for someone who is passionate, curious and always striving to do better. Would you like to work with an energetic and fun team and represent a strong global brand this might be your dream job! The role is located in Helsinki and reports to our Nordic Customer Service Manager in Stockholm.
At SodaStream we believe in the importance of great customer service and as a Customer Service representative you will have an important role in the company. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, incoming emails and phone calls for a wide range of queries from our Nordic customers and end-consumers. The role comes with a bunch of great colleagues in all the Nordic countries. We are looking for someone who wants to take part in the fun and contribute to our unique culture and spirit.
We have a Nordic customer service team, with coworkers representing Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. This role will work mainly towards the Finnish market but will also be a support towards the other Nordic markets. If you are flexible, have a positive attitude and are eager to give great service you are probably the one that we are looking for. EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent in spoken and written Finnish is a requirement
  • It is highly meritorious if you can speak and/or write in Swedish, as you will have a supporting role towards the Swedish market.
  • Good level of English so that you are comfortable communicating with the colleagues.
  • A plus if you have experience using case systems, JEEVES or XPOS, otherwise you are eager to learn and work with it.
