Your mission…
As our new Nordic People Development & Learning Specialist, you support our business’ learning needs by implementing learning and development solutions in close cooperation with the global team in Paris. You will be at the heart of identifying new learning needs in the organization and implementing the right solutions locally while facilitating local trainings both in person and virtually. You will report to the Nordic People Development & Learning Director.

You will…

  • Contribute to the diagnosis, design and roll-out of development plans for the full Nordic organization
  • Coordinate and facilitate learning events and meetings (planning, logistics and administration)
  • Create program materials (cards, games, presentations, posters, facilitator guides)
  • Contribute to established and new partnerships with external providers/consultants/experts/certified trainers
  • Use internal learning processes and tools
  • Fill-in and update exhaustive and reliable data in learning tool and analyze the learning impact
  • Use internal data and metrics to drive learning activity and ensure regular reporting
  • Track Learning budgets and expenses
  • Communicate locally on learning offers and activities by using an appropriate language

Your profile…

  • You have a relevant degree in HR or Business Administration
  • You are focused on details and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • You can create unique learning experience both off and online
  • You have previous experience in delivering and/or facilitating learning events
  • You have an interest in designing and evaluating learning solutions
  • You match learning solutions with HR & business needs and know how to run learning as a business
  • You can identify learning needs and construct development plans
  • Mobilize key stakeholders to ensure learning efficiency
  • You are fluent in English and a Nordic language
