YOUR EXPERIENCE:

Ideally you hold a university degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
Furthermore, you have a proven track record of minimum 5 years in a similar challenging manager position, within Product and Project Management, from a large international player, ideally within the building and construction industry, consumer electronics, consumer goods or power tool industry.
You have solid experience from stakeholder management as well as a strong business acumen including understanding of the drivers behind product profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • From a holistic Nordic perspective be responsible for managing and optimising dedicated parts of the Monier/Zanda/Ormax brand portfolio, including life cycle management.
  • Be involved in defining a clear Nordic portfolio strategy, with a strong and sharp harmonised core portfolio
  • Be involved in defining the 1-5 year Nordic roadmap (aligned with the Nordic strategy)
  • Analyse customer needs/behaviours and market data (translate insights to actionable product requirements)
  • Create relevant business cases for opportunities in the Nordics
  • Competitor analysis
  • Define and train the sales force on products/systems and value selling packages.
  • Responsible for delivering data for new products to the local Product Data Specialists.
  • Ensure documentation is fulfilled and accessible according to regulations for both new products and solutions.
  • Create change via influential management.
