JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of proven sales and team management success, preferably in a SaaS company.
- knowledge of the North American Automotive industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for coaching and motivating teams.
- Experience carrying and meeting/exceeding personal sales quotas.
- Excellent understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot).
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Must be based in North America.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of 3 direct BDR reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure they consistently meet or exceed their sales targets.
- Set clear individual and team performance goals and provide ongoing feedback to support their growth.
- Sales Performance Contribution:
- Carry a small personal sales quota in addition to managing the team, ensuring you remain directly involved in the sales process and lead by example.
- Drive performance improvements within the team by analyzing sales metrics, identifying areas for development, and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate closely with sales management to define sales strategies and objectives for the North American market.
- Contribute to refining sales processes to improve efficiency and success rates across the team.
- Coaching and Development:
- Facilitate regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to track performance, provide training, and support skill development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and set actionable growth plans for each team member.
- Performance Reporting:
- Provide detailed performance reports to the sales management team, including insights, challenges, and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration Across Teams:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales operations, to ensure alignment in sales efforts and processes.
- Collaborate on sales enablement initiatives to provide your team with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
