JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of proven sales and team management success, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • knowledge of the North American Automotive industry is a plus but not required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for coaching and motivating teams.
  • Experience carrying and meeting/exceeding personal sales quotas.
  • Excellent understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot).
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Must be based in North America.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of 3 direct BDR reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure they consistently meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • Set clear individual and team performance goals and provide ongoing feedback to support their growth.
  • Sales Performance Contribution:
  • Carry a small personal sales quota in addition to managing the team, ensuring you remain directly involved in the sales process and lead by example.
  • Drive performance improvements within the team by analyzing sales metrics, identifying areas for development, and implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Collaborate closely with sales management to define sales strategies and objectives for the North American market.
  • Contribute to refining sales processes to improve efficiency and success rates across the team.
  • Coaching and Development:
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to track performance, provide training, and support skill development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and set actionable growth plans for each team member.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Provide detailed performance reports to the sales management team, including insights, challenges, and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration Across Teams:
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales operations, to ensure alignment in sales efforts and processes.
  • Collaborate on sales enablement initiatives to provide your team with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
