JOB DESCRIPTION
As a vital member of our dynamic Implementation Team, the North America Implementation & Deployment Technician is responsible for providing remote Print Solution deployments for HP direct Customers and its Channel Partners. The role focuses on exceeding client expectations through the high-level installation of products such as PaperCut MF, SafeQ Cloud, and various HP branded products (HP Advanced, HP Secure Print and Insights, HP Security Manager).
This home-based role, operating within the North American Time Zone (3pm to 12am Mon to Fri), involves:
- Executing solution installations in line with pre-defined project scopes.
- Collaborating with HP technical consultants and Channel partner presales to prepare and onboard new clients.
- Leveraging technical expertise to manage small to large device installations across a global client base.
- Coordinating with internal and external project management teams to meet key milestones and ensure successful deployments.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and escalating service requests that cannot be met within agreed service levels.
- Contributing to the growth of HP3S s technical knowledge base.
