JOB SUMMARY:

Are you ready to lead as our Regional Sales Director and leave a lasting impact on your career and our company’s growth? We are searching for a driven and strategic sales leader ready to excel in a fast-paced environment and spearhead sales efforts in the UK—one of our primary growth regions for 2025 and beyond. In this vital role, you’ll not only guide a high-performing sales team but also actively contribute to sales achievements. If you’re adept at fostering channel relationships and committed to expanding market share, we want you on our team!
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive revenue growth across Corporate, Public Sector, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) segments. By leveraging your expertise, you’ll craft and implement strategies tailored to the UK market, setting us up for success in these strategic areas.
This role also involves presenting at C-level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and leading regional team QBRs to align objectives and maintain focus. You’ll foster a culture of accountability and high performance, driven by core revenue metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales/Management within the SaaS industry
  • Proven success in sales, particularly in technical or technology-focused roles
  • Strong grasp of industry and regional business dynamics, especially within the Corporate, Public Sector, and MSP spaces.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and motivated by challenges.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach who excels in both individual contributions and team development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve and surpass regional revenue targets.
  • Maintain consistent, accurate forecasting and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Drive growth through channel partnerships, enhancing market reach and unlocking new opportunities.
  • Implement GTM plans to expand revenue across Corporate, Public Sector, and MSP segments.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless alignment of sales activities with broader business objectives.
  • Present insights and growth strategies during C-level leadership QBRs.
  • Lead regional team QBRs, using performance metrics to maintain alignment and drive results.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver tailored, impactful presentations and close deals through strong negotiation skills.
  • Provide ongoing client support and guidance to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and mentor a small sales team, establishing performance metrics that drive success.
  • Oversee training to ensure proficiency in Microsoft and cloud technologies, as well as DevOps practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging professional growth and excellence.
  • Monitor key sales performance indicators and translate findings into strategic actions.
  • Refine sales processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct detailed ROI analyses for sales initiatives and adapt strategies to optimize outcomes.
