Description:
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized support to our esteemed customers. Your primary objective will be to ensure their satisfaction and maintain a high level of professionalism while handling their inquiries and concerns. You will serve as a vital point of contact between the company and our valued customers, delivering a seamless and delightful experience.
KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English & Norwegian.
- Customer service or Sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with customers and offer a good quality solution professionally
- Enthusiastic character with the ability to convince customers and responding their inquiries.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly learn new systems, processes, and industry-specific terminology
- Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to collaborate with colleagues, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient support for customers through outgoing phone calls.
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction and develop expectations.
- Accurately place and process orders per Customer Service Representative guidelines.
- Recognize and act on the opportunity to upsell additional products and services to customers.
- Follow-up on outbound calls, assigned cases, and quotes in a timely manner.
- Monitor and implement anti-fraud measures to protect both the company and its customers.
- Assist customers with game-related inquiries, helping them understand the rules, strategies, and

- Provide recommendations and suggestions based on customers’ preferences and interests to enhance their gaming experience.
