Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

  • Refund Request Pro: Process refund requests swiftly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Back Office Guru: Tackle invoicing tasks with precision and keep our financials in check.
  • Customer Care Champion: Handle multiple customer-facing mailboxes, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Loyalty Program Navigator: Address customer inquiries, resolve loyalty-related issues, and handle any technical challenges associated with the program

Other daily tasks:

  • Travel Documentation Expert: Manage and send out invoices, itineraries, and all relevant travel documents to ensure smooth journeys.
  • Manifest Maestro: Efficiently handle ship manifests, ensuring everything is in perfect order for every voyage.
  • Medical Screening Facilitator: Collaborate with our medical partner to assist with the medical screening process.
  • Customer Profile Curator: Keep our customer profiles accurate and up to date.
  • Web Booking Specialist: Assist with service web bookings, ensuring a flawless experience for our customers.
  • Analytics Partner: Review various reports, analyze errors, and implement solutions to maintain our high standards
