Are you a Nebraska State Notary looking for a unique opportunity to contribute to a company’s internal safety program? We are seeking an individual who holds a Nebraska State Notary to serve as a witness for all non-CDL drivers with a Nebraska State Driver’s License. This role involves signing approvals for PPL to run motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with our safety program. The selected candidate will be required to be present at our office trailer every Friday from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM to assist with new hire procedures.

Requirements for Notary:

• Possession of a Nebraska State Notary certification

Responsibilities for Notary:

• Witness all non-CDL drivers with Nebraska State Driver’s Licenses
• Sign approvals for PPL to conduct motor vehicle reports
• Ensure compliance with internal safety program
• Be available at the office trailer Monday Through Friday from 7 AM to 11 AM for new hire processes
