REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a closely related field is highly preferred
- Proven experience with Notion and must have an extensive portfolio showcasing your work
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and task management
- Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in integrating Notion with other tools and systems preferably ClickUp
- Ability to analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions
- Experience in providing training and support to team members on using remote tools and platforms
- Ability to work directly with C-suite and upper management crafting tailored reports.
- ClickUp experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Optimize Systems: Maintain and optimize all remote work systems, including Notion, ClickUp, and other workflow and document management tools
- Ensure Integration and Synchronization: Ensure seamless integration and synchronization of all remote systems to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
- Develop and Implement Processes: Develop and implement processes to ensure all team members have access to up-to-date and accurate information
- Link Project Management Tools: Ensure all project management tools and systems are linked and working together
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on using remote systems and tools
- Monitor and Troubleshoot Systems: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Stay Updated on Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest remote work tools and best practices, and implement improvements as necessary
- Manage SOP Team: Manage a team responsible for maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring everything is up to date
- Manage Remote Coordinator: Oversee and manage the Remote Coordinator to ensure efficient operations and communication
