Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Novation’s Administrator, you will ensure the smooth transition of clients through the novation process, facilitating the seamless integration of acquired businesses into our operations. You will be preparing agencies, managing policies, and maintaining databases to achieve effective novation outcomes. By efficiently handling these tasks, you will contribute to the successful integration of new business and the overall effectiveness of our operations. Having great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple aspects of the novation process will be essential in maintaining high standards and ensuring client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Communicate with providers to obtain and document important requirements in writing.
  • Transmit provider requirements to relevant teams for action.
  • Handle sensitive client data with strict confidentiality and compliance.
  • Prepare and send Letters of Authority (LOAs) and Change of Agency (COAs) to providers.
  • Ensure timely submission and processing of documentation to providers.
  • Accurately update and maintain client records in Intelliflo, adhering to compliance standards.
  • Utilise and monitor Intelliflo tasks and workflows to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets related to novation activities.
  • Efficient and compliant novation processes.
  • Accurate and up-to-date client records in Intelliflo.
  • Timely completion of tasks and adherence to workflows.
  • Comprehensive documentation and reporting.
