We are now seeking a new colleague to join our NPD (New Product Development) team. This role is pivotal in shaping Vilgain’s product offerings by identifying market trends, sourcing exceptional products, and developing exclusive own‑brand collections.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for new product development and assortment expansion in supplements category.
• Develop and execute product development strategies aligned with Vilgain’s brand identity and target market
• Source and evaluate suppliers and manufacturers to ensure high‑quality and cost‑effective production of own brand products
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve competitive product margins and optimal inventory levels
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, design, and supply chain to develop product specifications, packaging, and pricing strategies
• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept development, sampling, and production to launch and post‑launch evaluation
