WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

• Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
• Ideally 1-year experience in NPD, including placement year or other relevant roles.
• Experience/knowledge within the supplements industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of NPD processes, from concept to launch.
• Enthusiastic and proactive, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, across multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Interest in health, wellness, fitness and supplements.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
