DESCRIPTION

Co-ordination of product launches across Reseller Operations Oversee allocation at NPI to ensure ST is maximised at all times Excellent Communication and Influencing skill Critical Thinking Executive updates to wider RO team and senior leadership Ability to connect the dots and handle project plans, timelines and risks effectively Capacity to deliver results under deeply tight and high-pressure timelines in a highly ambiguous environment Strong Analytical skills and attention to details Sharp eye for details with a “hands-on” and continuous improvement mindset to identify inefficiencies and design improvement solutions

  • New Product Introduction / Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing Operations / Development or Operations Engineering experience
  • Excellent program management and communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships; data-driven and willing to take action; enthusiastic and motivated; and detailed while managing several work-streams.Team oriented as well as being self-reliant and self-directed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Planning experience in any discipline (e.g. Contact Centre Planning, Project Planning, Sales & Ops Planning etc.)
  • Project management experience is an advantage
