DWF Law LLP is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated NQ+ Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our expanding Real Estate team
The successful candidate will be based in our Leeds office on a hybrid basis.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, dedicated to excellent client service, and with a focus on culture. The successful candidate will have exposure to clients on a regular basis, both within the relevant local market and as part of our national team. The role will have a focus on high quality commercial investment, development and asset management work, with opportunities to work in other areas of real estate as part of your development.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate technical and commercial expertise and the ability to deliver results within required time frames in order to provide the highest service level to external clients
  • Possess a drive to succeed, and an enthusiasm to engage with clients.
  • Ensure, in conjunction with the partner, that cases are progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Work with our valued and long-standing clients to understand requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice.
  • Prioritise work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS;

  • We are seeking applications from candidates who have relevant commercial real estate experience within a broad range of real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters
  • Demonstrable ability to manage your own caseload effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
