JOB DESCRIPTION

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Senior UX Designer speaking french and english.

• Collaborate closely with PO, business stakeholder & development teams to support the implementation of designs within agile setup, ensuring user needs and business goals translated into compelling design solutions and high-quality user experience
• Lead the design process with a user-centric approach, ensuring that all products and features align with customer expected outcomes
• Contribute to the design system by providing feedback and building new components or adapting existing ones to ensure homogeneity across all digital channels, to foster a cohesive brand identity and usage consistency
• Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design continuously through feedback
• Work across various platforms, devices, and screen sizes, ensuring consistency coherence and responsiveness of our software solutions
