WHO YOU ARE:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our Customer Care Team. In this role, you will provide personalised phone and virtual support to patients, ensuring they receive the best care and guidance following their surgery. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to report progress and provide written advice.
Responsibilities:
Provide support and advice to patients for the first 6 months post Total Laryngectomy surgery.
Conduct comprehensive phone/virtual training and troubleshooting sessions on the use of our products, in collaboration with prescribers.
Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Act as a clinical support resource and point of escalation for internal staff and referring healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with the Clinical Education team to ensure sound clinical governance including training and developing educational materials.
Review consumer usage and product effectiveness, making recommendations for optimization and improved patient outcomes.
Provide funding application support by providing justification letters.
