We are seeking a Nurse Advisor – Italian Speaker to join their team. In this role, you will provide exceptional clinical advice and support to customers while ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and guidance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A registered nurse with a valid nursing qualification and license.
  • Fluent in English and Italian with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a clinical, advisory, or case management role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and empathetically.
  • Proficient in using technology and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Nurse Advisor, you will act as a trusted clinical resource, leveraging your medical expertise and language skills to support Italian-speaking customers. You will provide healthcare guidance, evaluate claims with a clinical lens, and ensure that clients receive accurate and empathetic advice regarding their healthcare needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide professional advice and support to Italian-speaking clients, addressing healthcare-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with claims teams to review medical documentation and provide clinical insights to support the claims process.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of medical cases.
  • Deliver guidance on medical procedures, treatments, and care pathways while adhering to company policies and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and case management.
  • Stay informed about healthcare trends, treatments, and insurance protocols to deliver up-to-date advice.
