Whilst working under the leadership and direction of a Registered Nurse, Nursing Associates support and deliver the provision of holistic, person-centred care and contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient’s needs.

To succeed as a Nursing Associate, you will:
- Have successfully completed the Nursing Associate level 5 qualification such as a Foundation Degree or Level 5 Diploma of Higher Education
- Be an active Nursing and Midwifery Council registrant on the Nursing Associate register
- Be a highly motivated individual and be an active team player in a multidisciplinary and diverse team
- Enjoy working in a clinical environment that is constantly and rapidly changing
- Be a professional and caring towards patients, staff and colleagues
- Have a flexible approach to both your duties and your hours
- Have a commitment to continuing professional development
